You can migrate from Watch It Data Center to Cloud by exporting the configuration from Watch It Data Center and importing the configuration into Watch It Cloud.
In Jira Data Center, go to Manage Apps -> Watch It -> Import/Export.
Click on the Export buttons to generate an export of all Watch It data in Jira..This will generate a download of the all Watch It configuration data.
Go to the admin page Apps -> STM -> Import/Export
Important The Jira data (projects, issues, components etc) should be imported into Jira before the import is done.
Click on the Import button and select the export file. Watch It will import the data and log any problems it has
